I really wanted to like these bike shorts since I'm partial to shorter shorts, but I suspect it would only be adequate for short rides due to two factors:1) Padding is in an underwear style, so probably limited to 1 hour rides2) I took it out for a very quick test ride and the outer shorts immediately rode up past my inner thighs, leaving my inner thighs to rub uncomfortably against my saddle.Sadly returned. It would work well for short rides and for general running around in.
