These UnderArmour play Up Shorts are very comfortable and great for my Morning Walks and possibly the gym.They seem true to size .I ordered a Medium im 5"7 and weigh between 119-122 .I do believe a small would have fit but given my height I wanted something that would not be too short.They have no liner but so far I haven't had an issue.These are great for my early morning walks before I head to the gym however I am not confident just yet that these are practical for me to wear there since there is no liner and I do Kick boxing as well.I am considering wearing a pair of the spandex shorts under these which is the only way I will wear them to the gym .They are super lightweight, breathable and very comfortable! I love to walk in these as well as lounge around my House.The only issue is I wish the tie at the waist band was thicker and more durable. I ended up ordering another that apparently was lost in transit and Amazon Thankfully refunded my money since the seller didn't seem to want to work with me on this issue.Once I was refunded from Amazon I ordered another pair from another seller .I wish they made these with liners ! Mybe they do and I just haven't found them yet but I will keep my eyes open because these are terrific and love all the color choices not to mention the price as well.Cheaper on Amazon than what I have saw them in sporting stores where I live.
