I'm a slender 5' 5", 113 pounds 27" waist and 35" hips. According to the Pearl Izumi sizing chart a Small in these shorts should fit fine. However, I do have to say they are quite snug. Sitting to eat before a ride they really cut into my gut. But once I'm riding (25 - 45 miles at a pop) they feel fine. Have only used them three rids so far. Padding is good, but not my favorite pair because of the snugness.
